How do I cancel a booking?
Go to your dashboard → 'My bookings' → tap 'Cancel'. Do this 2-3 hours before to let the master refill the slot.
How do I reschedule?
Dashboard → 'My bookings' → 'Reschedule'. Pick a new time. The master gets notified and confirms.
Are there cancellation fees?
Depends on the master. If they enabled deposits, $1-5 is withheld. Without deposits, cancellation is free.
What if the master doesn't show up?
Contact support via @ibook_go_bot. Describe the issue — we'll refund and block the no-show master.
